Rules & Usage Guidelines
Scope of Service: We offer software solutions and services. Any hardware or third-party products (e.g., systems, printers, SMS APIs, barcode scanners) must be procured separately by the customer.
Licensing: Customers must use genuine and licensed third-party software (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office, Antivirus).
Software Updates: All software updates are free for licenses under active support.
Support & Training: Provided online only. Clients are responsible for ensuring a working internet connection and access to remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
Data Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for regular data backups. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption.
System Failures: We are not responsible for hardware issues, crashes, viruses, theft, or data corruption. Reinstallation will be provided only for active licenses.
Customization Requests: Any request for software changes, customizations, or add-ons will be chargeable and mutually agreed upon.
Software Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the software without prior notification.
Conduct: Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our team will lead to immediate service termination.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): First-year support is included. Subsequent years require AMC at 15% of the software cost.
Dues Clearance: All payments must be cleared within 30 days. Failure to do so may lead to license termination.
License Reinstatement: If terminated, a new license must be purchased to resume services.
Design Restrictions: Base interface and design are fixed and cannot be modified.
Non-Returnable Policy: All software sales are final. Software is non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
